• My primary function was to oversee a staff of 15 licensed, experienced counselors and social workers. Our function was to evaluate and oversee a ward of mentally ill and disturbed people. I was responsible for their treatment while at the center and to ensure that they received the best assistance and aid with their medications and overall well being. I oversaw the patients while they resided at the center and also had partial responsibility of their treatment after leaving the center as well.

• My job description entails overseeing and managing a staff of 20 persons. I also assist in the local call center by auditing and taking calls on emergency situations. This includes licensed chemical dependency counselors and social workers. I also counsel and oversee a load of  20 clients who live with mental and physical disabilities. I ensure that they are receiving the best care possible if they are placed in a residential living home. I place them in jobs that will accept people with their physical and mental ailments. It is my duty to perform quarterly audits on all three of our MHMR site.
